So can you connect from any other machine? Any other network? Did you try contacting your hosting provider/server administrator?

1. The log file was not logging. Once I checked the box, here are the results
2. I installed Cyberduck but never used it as honestly I was not sure how to log into it.

Please post session log file.
Can you connect to that server using any other client using the same protocol? If you can, post its log file too.

Connection Failed

This week, after using WinSCP for quite a while I received a 'Connection Failed' error. I recently starting using Bitdefender which I thought might be the issue. I checked the rules and added a rule to allow winscp.exe through. This did not fix the issue.
I have checked the following:

1) Bitdefender firewall (allowed rule)
2) Windows firewall (off)
3) I use Chrome and nothing is blocking it that I can locate
4) Checked the forums as best I could

I am at a loss how to fix this issue. Please assist me.
