I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

I tried saving a file that was opened earlier. In between, my PC was moved to sleep state. When resuming WinSCP failed connecting because my VPN was off. When I finally connected WinSCP I tried saving the old file (which was still open in VSCODE) and it crashed. FYI.

Winscp was connected to a RPI with WeeWX running. Somewhere during the night the connection was lost. I was asked to reconnect to upload a change index.html file. When I pressed OK this error occurred.

I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

Im in a session in a ftp account I open the file on the way for edit this file, then close the session open another session to another ftp account see some files, close this session and go and open again the first session and set to save the file on the text editor and throw alert to reopen the same connection and there is when the application fail.

The problem exists within the last 2 versions of WinSCP and happens when I lose connection to the remote server (e.g. when connecting through my organization's VPN and for some reason the connection is lost) and then, when connection is re-established, when I try to reattach open files which were being edited to the new session (e.g. when trying to save them).
