These are the logs from the api - during the same time frame, its throwing errors and not completing the upload.

Yes, that correct. Able to submit files via GUI. Attached logs. But using the C# WinSCP API, fails almost all the time with a "Network error."

On more investigation found that command line WinSCP is causing the issue - triggers from the WinSCP C# api called winscp.exe. This happens also via regular command line on windows.

Attached the logs from that.

This is the command line command used : 
winscp.com /log="C:\temp\WinSCP.log" /command "open sftp://user:pass@10.27.119.193/" "put C:\\temp\\Baylor_Miraca_Genetics_Laboratories_LLC_45D0660090_TEST.csv /home/bgdevtest/Texas/" "exit"

Though - using WinSCP GUI works fine!

I am missing something.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Hi,
I am facing an issue similar to https://winscp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27529

Can you see if the session logs tell something.

I have disabled fileparts (Transfer resume OFF), but still issue occurs where file is partly transferred and multiple files created.
