Afaik, it is not possible to use WinSCP with OneDrive for Business:

I am trying to connect to the one drive for business from winscp. I used the WebDAV protocol and provided the user name and password. It is displaying the could not resolve host name. No such host is known. connection failed error message.
Where do i find the host name, user name and password. Is it same as the one drive for business connection.

What do you mean by "But OneDrive is not accessible from WinSCP"? What did you try?
