FTP connection to NAS shows empty root directory

Hi, I've been using WinSCP to synchronize files, via FTP, between my PC and NAS (Network Attached Storage) for several years, however, I recently updated my routers firmware, and I can no longer see the directories of the NAS, i.e., the NAS shows as an empty root directory (see the right-hand pane of the attached screenshot). Any ideas as to what is wrong or how to fix?
