Can you upload 1GB file using any other FTP client? If you can, please attach its log file too. And complete WinSCP log.

WinSCP Connection lost while uploading the 1GB file

We have uploaded the files into the third-party server, So while uploading the file Size of 1GB, Timeout was detected (control connection). We have uploaded the file size up to 950MB successfully. We are using AWS server as the source and connecting to the third-party server.
Help me to resolve this timeout issue.
