That's not what I was asking. I was asking, if other software FTP clients (not WinSCP) work in the same setup (same local machine, same FTP account), in which WinSCP does not.

It does work with other peoples WinSCP FTP clients, yes. Just not when I try to host it seems.

The error comes from the server. It's most likely not WinSCP's fault that the server denies you the access. Unless it works with any other FTP client. Does it?

I'm trying to make a FTP server to share files with friends. I seem to have done everything correctly, but I continue to have an 'Access Denial' error/issue.
