It should be:

"put ""D:\BOA\DSP\Files\Transform\Export\PIMCORE\PIM*"" ""PIMCORE/INPUT/"""

Or simply (as the paths do not contain any spaces):

"put D:\BOA\DSP\Files\Transform\Export\PIMCORE\PIM* PIMCORE/INPUT/"
