Do not use old versions of WinSCP. The 5.7.7 and 5.13.1 are 6 and 4 years old respectively. They are not secure.
Having that said, all past versions of WinSCP can be found at:

I'm searching for WinSCP 5.7.7 and WinSCP 5.13.1 installation files for download. I work for Consolidated Edison - IT and they are requesting for these specific versions. Please let me know if they are available for download. I was unable to find it on your site, only found documentation. Thank you
