I cannot remember my UID and password but when I try to reregister it tells me I am already registered. Please tell me how to recover UID and password.

forgot username and password
I have not used WinSCP in quite a while and I have forgot my password and I am not sure what my user name was. Is there anyway that I can recover my information. My email address is jsiclaru@gmail.com
