We need the logs. The log should not be 1GB, unless you have enabled a debug logging (please check). Moreover, it would be nice, if you limit the scope of the synchronization for reporting purposes. We do not need to see synchronization of thousand files.

When we make compare, the result always consists of the same differences.
But when we check it, there should be no difference.

1. First we selected the files and then compare. According to the results, the relevant files completed the upload process. (Sync process)
   
2. We repeated the same process and waited for it to be no difference.
   
3. But we have seen that there were the same differences as the first step in the results.
   

We use SFTP-3 protocol and latest version for WinSCP.
We are working Windows Server 2016 standard.

I didn't send it because the Session log size was about 1GB. But the attached visuals will help.
