Specifically, I would love to see the addition of a "Rename Files and Upload" feature. This feature would allow users to change the names of files before uploading them to the server.
As an avid user of WinSCP, I often find myself in situations where I need to modify the filenames of certain files before uploading them.
However, the current version lacks this functionality, making it necessary for me to manually rename the files on my local machine before initiating the upload process.
Having the ability to rename files directly within the app would save me considerable time and effort.
I understand that implementing new features requires time and effort, but I genuinely believe that this addition would be highly valuable to many users who rely on your application.
It would not only streamline the file transfer process but also eliminate the need for external tools or additional steps to achieve the desired file renaming.
