I was unable to reconnect to a stale session and had to open a new connection. I then tried to save an update to a file I had open from the previous session and the error popped up repeatedly. After re-opening the file, I was able to save the update successfully.

This was a solid error which has never happened to me before although the scenario is one I have repeated frequently.
