WinSCP via command line and Amazon S3

How do I use command line to transfer files into WASABI

Am aware the command should read something like .... 
echo on                                                                                                                                               

open wasabisys://<user>:<pwd>@s3.wasabisys.com 

put c:\TEMP\test.txt

TIMEOUT /T 10 /NOBREAK                                                                                                                                

exit

Is that correct?
