Test if it works with FileZilla. If it does then its a WinSCP issue I've seen. If it doesn't then you don't have a client specific issue at all :)

Re: FTP download of .zip file not working

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem and a successful consecutive transfer (using the latest version of WinSCP).

Also, does the problem happen even with a foreground transfer (not using queue)? Did you try the same using any other FTP client? Can you post its log file too?

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

FTP download of .zip file not working

First time user with WinSCP 6.3.3 on Windows 11 attempting FTP transfer of large .zip file.
Installed software using Commander GUI.
Login to remote site works perfectly. Tried drag-and-drop of compressed file to downloads folder on local machine and nothing happens. Queue reports 0 KB transferred and progress Completed. After reading applicable documentation, I see nothing wrong with what I am doing. What could I be missing?
