Files Deleted Upon Access – Need Retention Policy Review for AEP Ingestion

We’ve noticed that any interaction with the inbound files on AEP—such as a download attempt—results in the files being deleted from the pipeline within seconds. Since AEP requires some processing time to ingest these files into datasets, it would be beneficial if the files could be retained for at least 30 minutes before deletion.

Could you please help us identify if there are any configurations or automated triggers on your end—such as an SFTP timeout setting or a policy applied to the SFTP directory—that might be causing this immediate deletion upon file interaction?
