Can't reset password in order to log into my account

I'm trying to log into my account for this forum but it says my email address is already registered, and when I try to do a forgot password I get the following error:
The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.

I don't know the username so I'm completely stuck. Please advise.
