I found the error, it was FileZilla v1.11.0, it's not working right.

Re: Changing directory error

@kbn: Did you try using the "Parent directory" toolbar button?

If this does not help, please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Error Changing Directory

The “changing directory” error usually happens due to insufficient permissions or incorrect path. Make sure the directory exists and you have access. Use commands like cd /path/to/directory on Linux or check folder permissions on Windows. Running as administrator or using sudo can also help resolve the issue.

Changing directory error

Error changing directory to '..'.

uninstalled and installed many times, and cleaning hidden folders and more to get clean install.
but it's the same every time I try to back from a folder to library.
Maybe FileZilla is better after all.
