This is know bug. No solution has been found yet :-(

Can't resize window with Microsoft Virtual Desktop

When I switch between desktops within Microsoft Virtual Desktop, WinSCP shrink into very small window and it won't allow me to resize. To reproduce, install DeskmanPowertoySetup.exe from Microsoft PowerToys and bring up WinSCP. Trying switching to another desktop and switch back, WinSCP is shrinked to a title bar size.
