It is possible to add such restriction to WinSCP. But it would work only if your users do not have administrator priviledge on their PCs.

Why? Can you be more specific?
Shure.
I want my users can use winscp only for upload and download files to a Linuex File Server.
In the past all of them opened files directly on server. I want to stop this.
