put /path/to/my/dir/*

I need to transfer all the files in a directory, but not the directory it self, all the files are .xml, i have read the F.A.Q and Documentation, But cant find the solution, can enyone help in the right direcktion.

Whot i need is just the right PUT Command, i think.
