See Issue 2337 – Editable address/path label

Just found out the Open command and the button on the toolbar does this.

I'd have taken Open to mean "Open a new connection".

I'd like to be able to type a location in the Address bar. Not specifying server or user or anything just location.

For example, I log in to one of my servers and I start in /home/andy. I then want to go to /www/site/docroot/extra/pdfs/ and it takes me forever!

Please give this your consideration, IMO it's the only bugbear in an otherwise excellent app!
