Authentication SFTP failed, only in command-line version

WinSCP 4.2.2.480
I try to open stored SFTP session by GUI - it works. But, when WinSCP write in log-window "Authentication with pre-entered password", it waits, while I press "Ok" button, and only then continued to connect. (In 4.1.9.416 - it doesn't need in pressing "Ok", just connecting)
So, when I try to connect the same session by command-line version - it can't connect at all - ... unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 0 ...
