It is probable that your server is in different time zone then you. Check the file times in left (local) and right (remote) server. This may happen only with SCP. So either switch to SFTP or define time zone offest on SCP tab of login dialog.

does anybody know what is wrong on my (linux)server if winscp always wants to upload ALL files in a folder if i want to sync directories if I change only ONE file? What shoul I check to solve this problem?
