Also, what version of WinSCP do you use? What protocol? SCP or SFTP? If SFTP, what version?

I've noticed that something is creating random new line gaps (white space) in my scripts as i download/edit/upload them using WinSCP. I'll close these gaps and upload the file only to find new gaps appearing elsewhere later on. Sometimes the gaps are considerable, other times it's only 1 or 2 lines. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.

Any ideas?
