If you have the same problem, then the solution is posted above already.
Though I guess that you actually do not have the same problem. In that case, please read how to ask for support or report bugs efficiently, so others can help you.

Yes, i confused cyrillic С and latin C. They are on the same key on the keyboard.

Does the target path С:\backup\new\ exist? Can the Scheduler account see/access it? Can you do lls С:\backup\new\ before the get?

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, use /log=path_to_log_file command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Hello! I'm trying to automate downloading backups from my server.
I use Task Scheduler in Windows 7.
