AWS (Amazon) scripting error

I am able to connect through client of WinSCP able to connect successfully. after enters RSA password manually when it ask for Passpharase for rsa-key-20150518 (keyboard entering is required) already setup Private Key,

but through scripting how to do I achieve this?
I wanted to automatically login and do some get/post jobs.
