Did you read readme.txt in the source code package? Do you have a problem with any particular step?

We do not provide a support for loading WinSCP project into IDE.

And please stop spamming whole Internet with this question. You have posted it into numerous unrelated threads here, as well as horrible questions without any details on various Stack Exchange sites.
