Hah, It's simple, Installer can't register dll, so you need an admin rights to register it (I don't remember how, you may need to use older version of wine, google this). Or simply use portable WinSCP.
Ok, however... problem is already "solved" by not-using WinSCP with wine.

I cannot answer your questions, as they are more about Wine than about WinSCP.
I also do not speak German.
But did you try clicking the "Ignorieren"?
I doubt the shell extension works on Wine anyway.
So you see, it does no work. No solution for my issue...?

I run it on a Debian 9 Strech with backports-kernel. Does not work until now. Can send you some screenshots later..
Where can I download 32 Bit version, current x64 does not run on Wine...
