We've used it a few times on Windows Server 2008 R2, so it's definitely Windows 7 compatible.

WinSCP is licensed via GPL, so (AFAIK) there's no restrictions on corporate use.
You'd be well placed to make a reasonable donation though. Good karma and all that :)

And...are there any limits to numbers of copies used in a corporation?
