Issue 1138 – Monospace font for Rights column

Just a minor request for when you have time for something minor :)

It will be convenient to compare the rights of files if the column was displayed in some sort of nice mono-spaced font. In fact, the whole idea of showing rights like rwxr-xrw- is to take advantage of the monospaced column layout of the terminal, enabling quick eyeball scans of the rights data. This breaks in WinSCP which uses poly-spaced fonts.
