The link "Open Directory/bookmark" in the sentence "You will see Bookmark dialog when you have used command Open Directory/Bookmark" points to https://winscp.net/eng/docs/task_navigate#bookmarks
And that explains some of the way to open that dialog - actually there are more, some as intuitive as double-clicking the the path panel.

Where do I find Location Profiles Dialog

Where can I find saved Bookmarks and Location Profiles Dialog?

WinSCP has some great features but so few are intuitive.

But neither that page or the Open Directory/Bookmark link, shows where to open Bookmarks or Location Profiles Dialog

I think I have clicked every possible menu, but obviously missed these.
