Please check if you have different session configuration on the desktops.

I recently installed Winscp on my laptop and can access our server but cannot get into the folder with our sites ...I can on both my other desktops.. the error i get is
Command ls -la --fulltime failed with return code 1 and error message ls permission denied.
i have priv. on this folder and like I stated can rwx from my desktops using winscp...the laptop is currently routed through the same hub and i tried turning off all anti-virus and firewalls,, no luck .. Please help
