WinSCP does not generate any "sftp" or "scp" commands.
Do you mean, if you can generate WinSCP command for "SCP" protocol?
Of course you can. Just configure your SCP session on the Login dialog. And then have WinSCP generate a command for it.

I need to use scp to transfer file via ssh often. So can I generate scp command to generate command like I can with sftp ?
