Sorry, I do not understand what are you doing. Please post some screenshots.

I entering

winscp sftp://sftp.sftp.com:/folder/folder1/file -host=*

and get sftp sftp not reconized command
It's on Windows 10 and if I enter sftp by it self I do get list of options.
