After modifying SSH login permission, WinSCP is working

I was able to login to earlier RHEL versions, I am facing issue with RHEL 9.0 only.
I have tried other SFTP clients as well.

Can you give us more details? Were you ever able to login before? Can you login with any other SFTP client?

I tried with SFTP protocol in dropdown, its access is getting denied. Is there any other ways?
Note: SCP is disabled in RHEL 9.0
