Re: Turning off prompt when using mget to download files

Is this even WinSCP question? WinSCP does not prompt before downloading files (unless you mean overwrite confirmation). That's what Windows/Linux ftp client does.
If you really work with WinSCP, you might have been give instructions for Windows/Linux ftp client and not for WinSCP.
See https://winscp.net/eng/docs/guide_ftp_script_to_sftp#prompt
If you have a real problem with WinSCP, please show us your script and logs.

Turning off prompt when using mget to download files

Hello,

I am using mget to download files using .net scripting. I am connecting successfully, and I am sending the following commands:

1) NLST
2) LS
These commands are requirements from the FTP host. The problem I am running into is before the mget I am required to turn off the prompt (a confirmation message is received before each file downloaded). I was told by the host they require a prompt before the mget but I am have not the found the command to do this.

Kindly provide assistance on this issue.
