Re: Error at disconnecting/closing session

Thanks for your report.

Can you send me an email, so I can send you back a debug version of WinSCP to track the problem? Please include a link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have sent the email. Thanks.

Error at disconnecting/closing session

Hello,

I have a customer that has FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server (Windows) with 1.7.0 version (latest). At the time on closing connection to this server using SFTP it gives an error.

I have did some testing with different SFTP clients and WinSCP is the only one that gives an error.

I tried these SFTP clients: WinSCP 6.1 – Cyberduck 8.6.0 – FileZilla 3.64.0

With WinSCP when I close the connection it gives this error:
Connection has been unexpectedly closed.
Server sent command exit status 128.

(I attach logs.)

With Cyberduck and FileZilla I don't see any errors. I attach logs too.

On server side with debug mode I see this "error" when closing connection (it gives the same log using different SFTP clients):
SFTP session failed [result=general function failure, error=no error]

But it says "error=no error" so I guess there is no error on server side 😐.

Someone can help, please?

Greetings.
