Re: Issue with log-in to WinSCP

First, make sure you are trying to connect using the right protocol. Maybe you are supposed to use FTP, not SFTP?

If you are sure you should use SFTP: Are you able to connect using any other SFTP client? If you can, please post its and WinSCP's session log files.

Issue with log-in to WinSCP

When I try to log in to WinSCP, I am getting error message like "Host is not communicating for more than 15 seconds". I tried multiple times, but facing the same. Could you please help me with this. I am attaching the screenshot of the error message.
