Before posting, please read how to report bug or request support effectively.
Bug reports without an attached log file are usually useless.
Invoice is not the same as INVOICE.
/GFI/ToWMS/IN/Invoice/ is the absolute path where the files are located in the remote directory (with an ARCHIVE sub directory that needs to be excluded). 
/GFI/ToWMS/IN/Invoice/ really a correct absolute path? Isn't the GFI a subfolder of your home directory?
Archive subfolder in the remote directory, and then delete the files in the remote directory after a successful transfer.
