Thanks. What is scaling settings of the external monitors, where the navigation tree does not show?

Thanks for your quick response – this is exactly what's causing the problem.

We have 3 monitors (1 on the laptop (primary), and then 2x external monitors). If WinSCP is opened on the primary monitor, there is no issue and the sidenav shows, however if it is opened on the external monitors it doesn't show. Scaling was set to 250% on the primary monitor. We have a range of different laptops with different screen resolutions and scaling settings so this would explain why some people have the issue and other do not.

It seems to be fine, provided WinSCP is opened using the primary monitor.

Do you have multiple displays? If you have, what is their individual scaling? Which one is primary? On which display are you using WinSCP?

Bit of a strange one. Have found that since updating to 6.5.2, the sidenav for Advanced Site Settings is missing as seen in the screenshot. I've reinstalled and it's still missing, oddly I have another user that is on the same version who does have the sidenav. Not the end of the world as these settings can just be configured in PuTTY, however it would be nice to do it all from WinSCP.
