No local deleted file should not be sync from remote

I use WinSCP in “both directions” mode.
I deleted a file locally. This file should also be deleted on remote.
Then I created a new file on remote. This file should be saved local.
The problem: WinSCP wants to copy the local deleted file back from the server to the local directory.
