Indeed, WinSCP does not work well with servers that do not use common forward slash path separators.

Files not visible when connecting to FTP

When SCP I'm not able to see any files, when using FileZilla I am.
I'm sure it is something simple I am missing, but I'm very new to this.
Attachment has WinSCP logs and screenshots from WinSCP and FileZilla, using same account to connect with both.
