wrong Timestamp
Hallo,
on my remote server the local time is controlled via ntp. when i use my WinSCP to manage files, the modify date is displayed worng. e.g. a file created at 14:05:23 CEST is displayed as 15:05:23. My Windows XP also runs in CEST. WinSCP is Version 4.0.3 build 345 (german translation)
