Automate copy from NFS to USB drive?

I have a perl script that backs up my virtual machines in ESXi and I'm able to manually copy those backups to a local USB drive attached to my PC using WinSCP. I'd like to setup a scheduled task in Vista to copy everything that's on the NFS server to my local USB drive. Can someone help?
