OK, I fixed this problem:

just changed "Daylight saving time" configuration in WinSCP

(*) Adjust remote timestamp with DST

I guess it should be on by default. I'm in GMT+02:00 timezone.

Wrong file time in WinSCP 4.2.8 and older

In WinSCP 4.2.8 (Build 818)I see raw.cap26 file date/time as 21.07.2010 10:29:40

BUT reality is:

FreeBSD 8.1
-rw-r--r-- 1 root voipong 50000014 Jul 21 09:29 raw.cap26

And after copying file from FreeBSD to Windows XP SP3 I have WRONG TIME as 10:29.

Guestion is WHY?
