I need to contact forum administrator - not a WinSCP problem

I need to contact the administrator of this forum, and there is no contact information included in the forum.

I apparently have an old account on this forum using my preferred email address: pokeefe0001<at>zoho<dot>com. I have no idea what my userid and password are. I cannot request a new password without knowing both my email address and userid. I do not want to use the userid and email address associated with this account. How do I get back to my old account?

And how am I supposed to officially contact the administrator?
