I need support - script working only first time !!!

I need copy (rewrite) one file on FTP every 5 minutes.
If (manually) delete file on remote FTP and run TaskScheduler then copy file on FTP. But only first time !!! All next task I get error (attachment FTP.jpg)
I also attachment my TXT and BAT file.

I can only guess that because of the pause the previous script never finishes?
