Is there an easy way to "script" a basic file copy from SFTP (DO) to a local folder...

..without actually opening up Notepad and writing code?

I just need to login to FTP then download a folder to local (only changed files) and perhaps have that on a timer (once a day?).

I do not understand. How do you want to script something without writing a script (aka code)?
