How to remove default Custom Commands?

I want to remove the predefined/default Custom Commands so that I can have a Custom Command Toolbar with just my entries. I remove them, but whenever I open WinSCP again, they are back. How do I keep them from coming back?

Also can Custom Commands be grouped into folders?

Version is 5.19.5 (Build 11933 2021-11-25) on Windows 10.
